Back from the West Coast
Summer 2010 : No suntan but plenty of projects

Hello folks, We’re back from Toronto and the west coast to present our work at Art Fairs and galleries. Let’s just say it was cold but amazing. Here are some news about upcoming projects:

Cinqunquatre at New Puppy Gallery

We have a CINQUNQUATRE duo show at New puppy Gallery in LA. It starts on august 14th and presents some of our most recent work on paper. The show is named Cinqunquatre in Twoonethree. Go have a look if by any chance you’re in L.A...the gallery space is just amazing :

Cinqunquatre at Fred Segal

Fred Segal store in Santa Monica now presents our work. Yeah! We really hope Lindsay Lohan will buy one of our prints as soon as she gets out of jail. Kim Kardashian or Cameron Diaz would be ok too...

Cinqunquatre loves Aldo

Mega brand Aldo is going artsy.. They asked us to be featured artists in their new high end store line Locale. Expect to see our work soon in their boutiques at Centre Rockland and Place Montreal Trust. More details soon...

Alice and Alfa Romeo
Alice has been commissioned by Alfa Romeo to create artwork celebrating the brand’s centenial. Two exhibitions will take place later this fall in Italy : One in Venice, and the other in Torino. An auction will also take place in Roma. You can see the artwork online at alfaromeoart.com.


January 2009

Hello everyone, months have passed since we haven’t wrote anything here. Sorry about that...I promess to keep this section up to date as a new year resolution.

What happenned lately? Tons of things. Alice and Jason’s work was presented at this year Bridge and Fountain art fairs in Miami. Their respective work was also shown at Art Interior’s gallery Christmas exhibition Festival of smalls. Previously in october, they exhibited in New York for Glowlab’s innaugural group show : Thirty Grand
and created a mural for The Fatty Crab’s restaurant in Manhattan

Jason had a solo show in NY in November at Glowlab Gallery. The show entitled New works was amazing and he had a great response.

Alice is now represented by Push Gallery in Montreal. She designed and printed a custom wallpaper line for the Mildred’s Temple Kitchen in Toronto. She is also preparing for a solo show scheduled in NY this summer.

Conflux

This September, the Brooklyn based Glowlab Gallery that produces and presents experimental art and technology exploring the nature of cities invites us to showcase our work at Gitana Rosa Gallery within the frame of Conflux annual Festival in New York. this festival focuses on creative investigation of urban public space. Don’t miss it if you’re in Brooklyn and are interested in architecture and psychogeography :

Put everything on!

We’re almost there! After spending a summer sweating in the studio, we’re thrilled to announce that we’ll showcase our work in Chicago whitin the frame of Put everything on! , a group show that will take place at Allrise Gallery from Sept. 21 to Nov 2. The exhibition will present the work of five Montreal based artists, each one depicting his city in a particular way : Sweet Grognasse, John Londono, Louis Bouvier et ourselves, Alice Jarry et Jason Cantoro.

Renegade Craft Fair
